How far in advance do I need to order?
As soon as you know your showing or open-house date, the better — but we know listings move fast. Next-day delivery is included in our primary service zone, and same-day delivery is available for a $15 add-on when you need it sooner.
Do I need to be at the property when you deliver?
No. Tell us the delivery details and access instructions (lockbox code, gate code, or a contact on-site) in the request form, and we'll get everything set up before your buyers arrive.
What if my listing is outside the map area?
Let us know the address in the request form. We'll quote delivery for listings just outside our primary zone whenever we can make it work. See the full service area list on the About page.
Is this a subscription?
No recurring charges. Listings sell and expire on their own timeline, so FreshSet works on-demand — order a kit or restock whenever you need one. We're also piloting an optional prepaid Agent Wallet for agents who list frequently, if you'd rather not re-enter details every time.
Can I choose an unscented option?
Yes. Our default odor refresher is light and fresh — never heavy, candle-based, or aerosol cover-up. A fully fragrance-free option is available; just select it on the request form.
What's included if I book a restock instead of a full kit?
Restocks top off shoe covers, wipes, towels, trash bags, and your bathroom and entry setup — ideal for a listing that's already had its first FreshSet delivery and needs a refresh before the next open house.
How does the Founding-100 offer work?
The first 100 paid local agents get the Showing Kit for $59 instead of $79, and their first 3 restocks for $39 instead of $49. Refer another agent and you'll earn a free restock credit once they book.
What is FreshSet Flythrough?
FreshSet Flythrough is an AI-generated, drone-style flythrough video made from the listing photos you already have. It's $99 as a standalone video, or $75 when bundled with a Showing Kit or Open House Restock order. Turnaround is within 48 hours. The upload-and-pay flow shown on the Flythrough page is currently a front-end preview for approval — it isn't processing real payments or generating videos yet. Mention it in the request form and Anthony will follow up to get it started.
What is the FreshSet Congratulations Basket?
It's a done-for-you closing gift for your buyer or seller clients — a round woven basket with a bottle of wine, a scented candle, a small potted succulent, a soft kitchen/cleaning towel set, multi-surface cleaning spray, dish soap, a natural sponge and scrub brush, and a personalizable "Congratulations on your new home!" card signed with your name. It's $99 at regular price, or $79 at the Founding Agent price. Ordering is request-based, just like the physical Showing Kit — not a live checkout — so you pick a delivery date (usually the closing or move-in date) and address in the request form, and Anthony confirms details and delivers directly to the new home.
